| Welcome Our cabins are
just off the beaten path. The summer green of the 1000's of acres of
hardwood forests are spectacular. A short walk to food and
spirits. |

| Lake Independence is well known
for its Jumbo Perch and monster Northern Pike, as well as Walleye and
Smallmouth Bass. We have 400 feet of lake frontage providing convenient
and private access for fishermen. A boat is included. We are within
walking distance to the local businesses and Perkins Park Campground,
yet far enough from the traffic to provide a nice relaxing get-away. |
| Each unit sleeps up to 6 people.
One unit has two twin beds in a downstairs bedroom, 2 twin beds up in a
loft and a pull out couch in the living room. The other unit is the
same except it has double bed in the downstairs bedroom. Each unit has
a full bath and kitchen, towels and linens are provided. |

| We rent by the week. Daily or
weekly rates are available at any other time. Our rates are $75
per night for 2 people ($5 for each additional person), or $500 per
week
, plus tax. We require a $100 deposit for weekly reservations, and at
least one night for daily reservations. Off-season rates available!
